OUR VISION

About Us
Brighter Paths strives to form partnerships with local school districts, agencies, and houses of worship in order to foster a commitment to the betterment of the community at large that will promote pro-social friendships, strong interpersonal skills, and reassert a sense of hope in the future. Only through these relationships can a sense of individual responsibility be reestablished that will give youth and adults alike a desire to follow through on path to excellence with a sense of pride and accomplishment.

Brighter Paths promotes overall health (mental, physical, spiritual) and wellness in underserved urban communities. This includes providing tools to subvert the effects of Adverse Childhood Experiences Across the life span.
The specific objectives and purpose of this organization are:
A. to provide access to free community based mental health and wellness
(via workshops, health fairs, etc.).
B. to provide transitional housing and support for displaced urban youth ages 16-20.
C. to provide mentorship opportunities for urban youth ages 5-18.
D. to sponsor and host events and activities that promote career exploration, goal
setting/attainment, educational pursuit. and everyday life-skills.
